Differential Diagnosis of Hematospermia Largely Depends on Age


Background: Hematospermia is not an uncommon complaint, which can be transient in young patients but can signify malignancy in older patients. Objective: To review MRI findings in patients with hematospermia. Clinical Evaluation: A diagnosis of true hematospermia should be made, as opposed to pseudohematospermia.
