Oakstone Publishing is proud to offer Residents an important tool to help them remain current with medical and dental journals and research.  Oakstone publishes Practical Reviews On-Demand, a web-based searchable database of more than 90,000 article and research summaries covering 31 specialties.  Each article includes audio peer reviews with relevant questions and answers.  Access to the product is free to residents during their entire residency and up to one year after completing their program.  Residents may take advantage of all that the product has to offer but will not earn any type of credit during the complimentary access period.

When you sign up, you will receive a “receipt” with a zero dollar amount on it, showing that your access is complimentary. 

To access your content, make sure that you are logged out of the shopping cart and then go to http://www.practicalreviews.com.  On this screen, in the upper right-hand corner, you’ll find a log in box.  Log in with the email and password you used when “ordering” the product.  The entire Practical Reviews database will be available to you.  You can search across specialties, listen to reviews, and take tests.  As we mentioned before, you will not receive credit for these tests, but they can serve as a learning tool to make sure that you understand and to help retain the content.
