Thrombectomy Is Safe, Feasible Tx for Primary Isolated ACA Occlusions

Background: Endovascular stroke treatment with mechanical thrombectomy (MT) has shown a possible therapeutic benefit over best medical treatment (BMT) for distal medium vessel occlusions (DMVOs) of the middle and posterior cerebral arteries but there are little data for the treatment of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA).
