Alternative Treatments -- Placebo Effect May Muddy Efficacy Studies


Migraineurs are sometimes on chronic opioid medications. An alternative treatment for some is the placement of the Daith ring (pronounced “doth,” similar to “goth”) in the inner part of the external ear, just above the ear canal.
