Can DSA Be Excluded if CTA Is Negative in Acute SAH?


Objective: To determine if CT angiography (CTA) can reliably exclude an aneurysm in patients presenting with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Participants/Methods: 193 patients who presented with acute SAH and negative CTA on a 64-section CT scanner were included.
