Men More Likely Receive Industry Compensation Than Women Do In Academic OHLNS


Objective: To determine if women and men both are accepting industry compensation at similar rates, or if there are differences between genders and the influence of industry. Methods: 100 programs with otolaryngology-head and neck surgery (OLHNS) training programs were reviewed and each surgeon was identified within the practice.
